ClimbAdvantage™ is corporate-sponsored coaching that develops those conditions one person at a time. When you sponsor a team member, you give them a structured engagement built on a validated assessment and focused coaching sessions, ending with one clear outcome: clarity and a concrete plan to move their career in the right direction. It’s the individual counterpart to the organizational work Statera is known for — the same framework, applied to a person rather than a system.

What's Included

Each sponsored participant receives:

The EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment — measuring the self-awareness and relationship capacities at the heart of personal balance
Five (5) one-on-one coaching sessions with an ICF-certified coach
A personalized action plan that they keep and use beyond the engagement
Virtual delivery via Zoom — accessible from anywhere

How It Works

Grounded in Statera’s Adaptive Balance Method™, scaled to the individual:

1. Assess

The participant completes the EQ-i 2.0 and meets their coach to set goals.

2. Develop

Five focused coaching sessions, tailored to where the participant wants to go.

3. Align

Leave with a clear, written action plan and the accountability to follow it.
