Five Ethical Foundations of the Qist Method™

The Qist Method™ is not a generic conflict resolution tool applied to a Muslim context. It is a justice-centered framework built from within the tradition — grounded in Qist (Justice), Amanah (Trust), Rahmah (Compassion), Shura (Consultation), and Sulh (Reconciliation). It grounds everything we do, applied across individuals, couples, families, leadership teams, and organizational systems.

Spiritual guidance and counseling delivered by a qualified Imam affiliated with Masjid Quba. This is spiritual support — not therapy, mediation, or coaching. Statera handles administrative coordination; clergy-penitent confidentiality applies. Clinical needs are referred to Perennial Integrative Therapy.

When the work requires clinical care, we refer to Perennial Therapy.

Statera provides coaching, mediation, facilitation, and organizational services — not clinical mental health treatment. When a client’s situation requires therapy, trauma treatment, or ongoing clinical care, we refer directly to Perennial Integrative Therapy PLLC.
Perennial and Statera maintain a formal care coordination partnership, including a joint authorization framework that allows appropriate information sharing for clients engaged with both services — always with client consent, always within HIPAA compliance.
