Conflict Mediation
We specialize in the Transformative Mediation approach that focuses on helping parties in the conflict feel empowered and recognized, so that they can determine the best outcomes.
If your organization is experiencing conflict and you have been unable to resolve it on your own, a third party mediator might be the next step. A mediator does not tell you what to do or how to resolve the situation. A mediator helps you have better conversations so you are empowered to resolve the conflict.
