Her aim is to help each client define success for themselves; make courageous choices; and ultimately live lives aligned with their true purpose. Through her unique approach, she actively seeks to empower her clients so that they can build successful futures, moment by moment.

Her business currently partners with organizations such as: Rutgers University, Sayge, Inc. Coaching, and the US Air Force Ira C. Eaker Center for Leadership Development. Three years after the repeal of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,” Lacey realized there were celebrations for every other observation month, excluding PRIDE. To create true equity and inclusion, Lacey brought together a group of people to organize the first ever PRIDE. In addition, the organization advocated for the update of the Status of Forces Agreement with Germany, to include verbiage that allowed for the sponsorship of same sex spouses. This update alleviated families having to separate while the military member served in Germany. In addition, Lacey has been a member of the Women’s March on Washington organization, Reform Philadelphia, and many other organizations that center on advancing a more just society based on systemic shifts to create equity, fairness and support for underrepresented groups.
