Erinn Corbett-Wright is an award-winning leader who uses corporate philanthropy and civic engagement to accelerate training and career pathways that provide economic opportunity for underrepresented minorities, specifically Black and Latinx youth, across the U.S.
As the Head of Workforce Development Philanthropy at Salesforce, Corbett-Wright directs a grantmaking portfolio that delivers responsive community solutions for emerging talent seeking technical training, certification, and wraparound support to land paid positions at organizations of all kinds. All time, Salesforce has leveraged more than $40M to accelerate career pathways for diverse talent. Corporate philanthropy empowers Erinn’s commitment to alleviating intergenerational poverty for children and families, particularly those from historically excluded communities.
In her former role as Vice President, Corporate Citizenship Manager at TD Bank, Erinn managed the Financial Security portfolio of multi-market grant-making from Maine to Florida. She developed and executed giving strategies to support early learning for children; financial literacy and income stability for adults; and affordable housing for everyone. All time, Erinn has led strategy and delivered more than $20M in corporate philanthropy to nonprofits nationally. She has won awards and been recognized by For(bes) the Culture, Generocity, Temple University, 1Philadelphia and the United Way of Greater Philadelphia, and Southern New Jersey for her excellence in philanthropy.
Erinn holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Temple University in addition to completing graduate-level study at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship; the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania; and received her masters degree in Nonprofit Leadership at LaSalle University. In 2021, Erinn became a Certified Professional Coach through training at the Center for Coaching Certification.
Outside of work, Erinn serves as a Commissioner on the Philadelphia Commission for Women; Advisory Board Chair of Social Venture Partners Philadelphia; and board member to Heights Philadelphia. Additionally, she teaches within the Masters of Public Policy program at Temple University as an Adjunct Instructor on a variety of topics related to the nonprofit sector. She regularly serves as a strategic advisor to organizations and causes that support a high-functioning nonprofit sector and solutions to alleviate intergenerational poverty
