As an experienced master’s level professional Diamond partners with Statera offering, training design and facilitation, consulting, and coaching services to support special projects and programs. To support the work of Statera, Diamond has collaborated on diversity audits and reports, custom curriculum development, personal and professional development training design and facilitation, workforce programming, learning management system administrative services, life and career coaching.
Her experience expands across child and adult education, continuing education, legal services, child & family services, coaching, workforce development, personal and professional development, organizational consulting, community relations, program development, and wellness services. Diamond serves as a Program Manager for a virtual public health services career certificate training program at a local university.
Diamond earned a Masters of Education in Adult & Organizational Development (M.Ed) from the Temple University College of Education complemented by a graduate certificate in Training & Organizational Development. Diamond also earned the Strengths-based Leadership Certificate from TUH before facilitating. Diamond earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Villanova University and studied abroad for a semester in Barcelona, Spain. Diamond is a certified master coach, skilled in individual and group development, partnering with those desiring to shift and grow into their goals. Passionate about whole person health and wellness, Diamond became a yoga teacher and a certified stress management coach.
