CareerClimb Advantage Coaching

You have been selected as one of the members of Statera’s inaugural CareerClimb Advantage™ Coaching Program.

We are committed to the development of the members of our community. We therefore decided launch a sponsored professional coaching program for individuals like you, who are asking the question, “What’s next?” In this launch, we are selecting five Black women in the professional services industry to receive the coaching.

You will get:

• Five (5) professional coaching sessions by one of our certified coaches.

What we promise:

• At the end of a successful engagement, you will have clarity and a plan to move your career in the direction you choose.

What we ask:

• Book your virtual sessions with your coach, show up and engage.
• Tell others about it at the end, if you were satisfied
