About Colin
Colin Seitz, ACC, is passionate about people, culture and all things leadership. I was privileged to learn the principles and foundations of leadership many years ago while serving as a US Marine – those years had an influential impact on me, and I have been a student of leadership and culture since. I have experienced many different levels in organizations large and small, from mailroom clerk to Chief Culture Officer. I believe if you take care of people and culture, everything else will take care of itself. I have a BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, as well as being an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.
